1. Data Sovereignty & AI Training
Our Promise to Agencies:
We do NOT use your proprietary data (Brand Voice uploads, drafts, or internal documents) to train our public AI models. Your data remains isolated to your workspace.
We utilize Google Vertex AI (Gemini) as our LLM provider. Under our enterprise agreement, your inputs are processed securely and are not used to improve Google's foundational models.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email, and organization details provided via Google/Microsoft Auth.
- Brand Assets: Text samples, PDFs, and URLs you upload to create "Brand Voices."
- Device Data: We collect a browser "fingerprint" (VisitorID) purely for fraud prevention and trial abuse detection. This data is hashed and not used for ad tracking.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the content generation service.
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of our free trial system.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., trial expiration warnings).
4. Security & Encryption
We prioritize the security of your data. To ensure your information remains safe:
- Encryption at Rest: All sensitive data stored in our database (including integration tokens and personal information) is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
- Secure Transmission: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected via strong SSL/TLS encryption.
- Access Control: We implement strict access controls and security monitoring to prevent unauthorized access to our infrastructure.

6. Data Retention & Deletion
You have the right to delete your account at any time. Upon deletion:
- Your personal data and Brand Voice assets are permanently removed from our active database immediately.
- Generated content history is soft-deleted and purged after 30 days.
- Backup logs may retain encrypted data for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes only.
7. YouTube API Services
Our application utilizes YouTube API Services to enable video publishing and analytics features. By using the YouTube integration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- This application uses YouTube API Services.
- By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Your use of the service is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
- User Data Policy: We store your Channel ID and Uploaded Video IDs for the purpose of displaying your campaign history. We do not track your watch history.
