1. Account Integrity & Trial Abuse

Word-flux offers a "Reverse Trial" to allow legitimate businesses to evaluate our software. To maintain the integrity of our service:

• One Trial Per Entity: You agree that your organization will create only one free trial account. Creating multiple accounts (e.g., using disposable emails) to exploit free credits is strictly prohibited.
• Verification: We reserve the right to verify your identity using email domain analysis and device fingerprinting.
• Immediate Ban: If we detect "Trial Farming" or automated account creation, we reserve the right to ban your entire organization and block access to your data immediately and without refund.

2. AI Services & Disclaimers

Our service utilizes Generative AI models (including Google Gemini) to produce content. By using Word-flux, you acknowledge:

• Accuracy Warning: AI can "hallucinate" or produce factually incorrect information. You agree that Word-flux is an assistant, not a replacement for human judgment.
• Human Review Required: You agree to review, edit, and verify all AI-generated content before publishing it to any external platform (LinkedIn, WordPress, etc.).
• No Warranty: We do not guarantee that the content generated is unique, copyright-free, or suitable for your specific legal needs.
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Word-flux utilizes third-party AI providers which may experience outages or high traffic overloads. We are not liable for any disruptions, delays, or inability to access the service caused by these provider issues or our own system maintenance.

3. Platform Liability & Integrations

Word-flux connects to third-party platforms (Social Media, CMS) on your behalf.

• No Liability for Posted Content: You are solely responsible for any content posted to your accounts via our API. We are not liable for any reputational damage, bans, or loss of access to your social media accounts resulting from your use of this tool.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If your account is compromised, Word-flux is not liable for actions taken by the intruder.
• Third-Party Connections: connecting your social media or CMS accounts is at your own risk. While we use strict encryption to protect your access tokens, we are not responsible for security breaches, bans, or data loss that occur on the third-party platforms themselves.
• YouTube Integration: By using the YouTube integration in Word-flux, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please also refer to the Google Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles your data.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

• Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the "Brand Voice" assets (PDFs, text samples) you upload. We do not claim ownership of your input data.
• Generated Content: As between you and Word-flux, you own the rights to the content generated by the AI for your account, subject to the terms of our underlying AI providers.

5. Subscription & Fair Use

• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit allowances, and feature availability at any time. Active subscriptions will be notified of price changes in advance.
• Fair Use Policy: "Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use to prevent API abuse (e.g., bot scraping or reselling our API). We reserve the right to throttle/block users exceeding a big amount of generations per month.
• Service Updates: We reserve the right to remove, modify, or update any part of the service, including user data, at any time if required for updates, improvements, or maintenance of the site. While we strive to minimize disruption, this may occur without prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

To ensure the safety and reputation of our platform, the following content is strictly prohibited on public pages:

• Prohibited Content: You may not publish content related to Phishing, Adult/NSFW material, Gambling, or SEO Link Farms.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to un-publish any content and suspend accounts violating this policy without notice.
• Organization Identity & URL Slugs: We reserve the right to modify your organization's URL slug if it is misleading, impersonates another entity, or does not reasonably match your organization's name. This ensures trust and prevents squatting on organization names that do not belong to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Word-flux, its founders, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including copyright or privacy rights).
